Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience building web applications (React, Node, Flask, Next.js).
- 2-5 years of experience supporting customers on web applications.
- Experience exploring behavior of AI tools.
- Understanding of model outputs, failure modes, and hallucinations.
- Familiarity with AI APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic.
- Familiarity with agent frameworks like LangChain or AutoGPT.
Responsibilities
- Investigate talent-reported issues end-to-end.
- Reproduce bugs and identify root causes.
- Debug across AI + SaaS stack using telemetry, logs, and database queries.
- Triage and escalate engineering issues.
- Surface systemic patterns and product risks to leadership.
- Create clear documentation and runbooks.
