Requirements
- Min 5 years’ experience planning, tracking, delivering, and managing multiple projects
- Experience directly managing, mentoring & supporting people and teams
- Strong engineering track-record focusing on front-end development (JS/TS/CSS/HTML)
- Experience with modern UI frameworks like React or Angular
- Experience of operating a service at scale with observability
- Experience with Accessibility (a11y) best practices and WCAG guidelines
- Experience with internationalization (i18n) and atomic design
- Experience providing business cases and proposals to senior leadership
- Strong communication skills
- Understanding of Cloud Technologies, big data, and SaaS products
Responsibilities
- Lead two UI engineering teams
- Manage team workload, feature roadmap resourcing & coordination
- Maintain visibility into the product roadmap objectives
- Participate in team activities, such as roadmap planning
- Support wellbeing of team members
- Gather feedback and provide weekly coaching
- Lead and coordinate recruitment process
- Manage engineering tooling budget and renewals
- Support mentorship on technical upskilling and training
