Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, or a related role in software development.
- Hands-on experience delivering AI projects, with ownership over outcomes.
- Experience working across the full product lifecycle - from discovery and scoping to delivery and evaluation.
- Practical understanding of agentic AI systems (e.g. multi-agent architectures, orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, MCP).
- Strong understanding of Agile software development (theory and practice).
- Experience facilitating workshops such as Design Sprint or Discovery phases.
- Confidence in working with data and communicating trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills and fluent English (B2+) and Polish (C1).
- High level of ownership, independence, and self-organization.
- Assertiveness and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI and agentic projects end-to-end - from discovery through delivery and optimization.
- Translate business needs into clear product strategies, roadmaps, and sprint plans.
- Facilitate discovery phases and Design Sprints to define high-impact AI solutions.
- Manage stakeholders across cross-functional, international teams and ensure clear communication.
- Own project governance, including risk management, budget control, and reporting.
- Support clients in understanding AI capabilities, trade-offs, and business impact.
- Contribute to internal AI Consulting and Training initiatives by sharing knowledge and improving methodologies.
