Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in an IT organization or ERP vendor role.
- Experience developing strategy, business systems integration, and vendor evaluation.
- Experience implementing cloud applications from vendors such as Oracle, SAP, Workday, or Microsoft.
- Basic knowledge of ERP instance and consolidation strategy.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Executive presence and ability to establish credibility.
- Strong written and verbal proficiency.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global, matrixed team.
- Ability to effectively adjust communication style to different audiences.
Responsibilities
- Deliver impactful insight to guide clients to the best actions for them and their organizations.
- Conduct virtual client calls to address ERP strategies, PaaS, and vendor selection.
- Research, analyze, and predict market trends and shifts.
- Create high-quality, actionable, must-have papers, presentations, and videos.
- Deliver presentations at Gartner events, industry conferences, and client briefings.
- Actively participate in research communities and provide peer review.
- Support internal stakeholders in sales and service to retain clients.
- Mentor and coach team members.
- Build credibility as a domain or industry expert.
