Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise applications, business systems, or IT leadership.
- Proven experience leading enterprise application organizations and large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Deep experience with enterprise business applications including ERP, Finance, and HR systems.
- Hands-on experience participating in or leading SAP implementations.
- Experience working within medical device, healthcare, life sciences, or other highly regulated industries.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as FDA, SOX, HIPAA.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the long-term strategy and roadmap for enterprise applications (SAP).
- Lead or partner in major ERP transformation initiatives including implementation and upgrades.
- Oversee the delivery model for enterprise applications, including intake, prioritization, and lifecycle management.
- Build and lead a high-performing organization of Business Systems Analysts and application specialists.
- Ensure enterprise applications support regulatory requirements such as FDA and SOX controls.
- Manage relationships with system integrators, SAP partners, and enterprise application vendors.
