Requirements
- 4+ years of experience with Workday integrations including Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Web Services/APIs.
- 2+ years of experience working with a Workday implementation partner.
- Experience integrating Workday with payroll, identity management (Okta), ATS (Greenhouse), and finance systems.
- Proficiency in data formats: XML, JSON, CSV.
- Expertise in integration technologies: REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
- Experience with HR data governance and data validation.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts applied to data workflows.
- Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and APIs.
- Manage integrations across payroll, benefits, identity management, finance systems, and data warehouses.
- Ensure data integrity through transformation logic, mapping, and bulk data operations.
- Monitor integration health, troubleshoot failures, and maintain data feeds and pipelines.
- Develop and implement automation and AI-enabled solutions for data quality and anomaly detection.
- Partner with functional teams to support test plans and ensure system reliability.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure integrations meet security, privacy, and compliance standards.
