- Strong organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Provide integrated off-site medication adherence support to patients, pharmacists, and providers.
- Handle prior authorizations and financial assistance investigations.
- Educate prospective patients on hospital pharmacy services.
- Document patient information in hospital EMR, Therigy, and proprietary tools.
- Manage prescription refills and renewals.
- Answer, resolve, and triage inbound inquiries.
- Perform adjudication on test claims and input data.
- Identify medications requiring special handling or storage.
