Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, people analytics, finance, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of compensation principles (market pricing, internal equity, pay ranges, job leveling, salary/equity administration).
  • Experience supporting compensation cycles, offer analysis, and incentive programs.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets capability.
  • Experience with compensation tools, HRIS, and People systems (e.g., Pave, Carta, Radford, WTW).
  • Ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations for leadership.
  • Strong judgment, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Process-improvement mindset.
  • Experience in high-growth technology or healthcare environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage market data and survey participation using tools such as Radford, WTW, and Pave.
  • Support job pricing and benchmarking for new and evolving roles.
  • Provide compensation analysis and guidance to Recruiting and business leaders.
  • Support bi-annual performance review cycles and compensation cycle execution.
  • Maintain compensation data integrity across People systems.
  • Support equity data accuracy and administration in partnership with equity administrators.
  • Act as a day-to-day compensation resource for the People Service Desk.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for compensation workflows.
  • Contribute to broader Total Rewards projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop compensation reporting and analysis using Excel/Google Sheets.
