Requirements
- Bachelor degree or higher in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Strong background in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Clean driving record
- Successful Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
- Ability to perform duties safely on an active construction site
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
Responsibilities
- Oversee all engineering responsibilities and activities.
- Delegate engineering responsibilities and activities within their team.
- Lead the design and checking processes.
- Manage the day-to-day activities of schedule and design.
- Directly train and direct CEs and CETs assigned to their team.
- Maintain design standards and training guidelines.
- Coordinate and problem solve issues between design teams and departments.
- Answer technical questions posed by construction managers, field staff, and customers.
- Recognize and recommend methods to improve customer experience.
- Travel to customer offices and construction sites.
