Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant electrical engineering experience.
- Knowledge of electrical systems including MV/LV power distribution, UPS, generators, and redundancy strategies.
- Clear understanding of NEC, IEEE, and international electrical codes.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and CAD modeling tools.
- Experience performing power system studies using SKM, Etap, or EasyPower Software.
- Experience performing underground ductbank ampacity/heat studies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead electrical engineering design activities on major projects in the United States.
- Design, model, and simulate electrical systems for hyperscale and AI data centers.
- Develop electrical systems including power distribution, UPS, standby generators, and security systems.
- Prepare engineering calculations, schematic designs, and detailed designs.
- Create technical documentation for project execution, including design criteria and specifications.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to coordinate BIM models and resolve conflicts.
- Review shop drawings and ensure compliance with engineering codes and safety standards.
- Use BIM tools to virtually construct electrical systems and coordinate with other disciplines.
- Assist in coordinating projects, including on-site supervision.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress.
