Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience.
- 3+ years in a senior or principal-level role.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing executive stakeholders.
- Experience making architectural decisions with engineering counterparts.
- Ability to independently set the strategy for, define, and ship complex, high-impact software products at scale.
- Experience with strategic integrations.
- Experience leveraging AI tools for productivity and product innovation.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to combine quantitative and qualitative insights.
- Experience in Enterprise SaaS or FinTech.
Responsibilities
- Set strategy and drive execution for major product areas of the core platform.
- Work closely with engineers, designers, and other technical resources to deliver on product vision.
- Add oversight and rigor to product and engineering processes.
- Drive forward strategic enterprise integrations.
- Define and own the long-term roadmap.
- Mentor other product managers.
- Contribute to Kalepa’s culture and commercial success.
