Requirements

- Foundational HR certification (aPHR, SHRM-CP, PHR) or a degree in Human Resources.
- Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Strong service orientation with experience managing high volumes of requests.
- Ability to communicate complex information simply and empathetically.
- Proven judgment in maintaining confidentiality and handling escalations.
- Experience working independently in a remote environment.
- Ability to identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
Responsibilities
- Review offer letters and employment documents for compliance and accuracy.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding workflows.
- Support payroll accuracy by processing new hires, terminations, and pay changes.
- Execute HR compliance tasks and maintain audit readiness.
- Provide front-line support for employee inquiries regarding policies and benefits.
- Triage and escalate complex employee relations or sensitive matters.
- Maintain and improve HR templates, checklists, and internal processes.
- Categorize and document work in HR systems to track service delivery metrics.
