Requirements

  • Ability to communicate complex information simply and empathetically.
  • Proven judgment in maintaining confidentiality and handling escalations.
  • Experience working independently in a remote environment.
  • Ability to identify process gaps and recommend improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Review offer letters and employment documents for compliance and accuracy.
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding workflows.
  • Support payroll accuracy by processing new hires, terminations, and pay changes.
  • Execute HR compliance tasks and maintain audit readiness.
  • Provide front-line support for employee inquiries regarding policies and benefits.
  • Triage and escalate complex employee relations or sensitive matters.
  • Maintain and improve HR templates, checklists, and internal processes.
  • Categorize and document work in HR systems to track service delivery metrics.
