Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on tech roles
- Solid understanding of technical environments (backend, frontend, cloud, data, DevOps, etc.)
- Comfortable operating in an English-speaking environment
- Experience in international recruitment contexts
- Proficiency with modern recruitment tools (ATS, sourcing platforms, analytics)
- Strong analytical mindset, autonomy, confidentiality, and a results-oriented approach
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for technical roles (engineering, data, product, infrastructure, etc.)
- Work closely with hiring teams to deeply understand the specific requirements of each position
- Source qualified candidates through various channels
- Conduct interviews and assess both technical and cultural fit
- Improve and structure recruitment processes, tools, and KPIs
- Contribute to the global talent acquisition strategy
