Requirements
- 6+ years experience in distributed systems and backend software engineering
- Experience with AI technologies such as LLMs, RAG, MCP
- Understanding of token usage optimization and LLM cost optimization strategies
- Expert-level knowledge of Go and hands-on experience with Python
- Experience with microservices, REST API design, gRPC, unit testing, and BDD testing
- Strong software design skills
- Experience with asynchronous messaging technologies such as Google Pub/Sub or Kafka
- Knowledge of NoSQL and relational databases
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (GCP preferred)
- Experience working in agile environments
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and deliver scalable AI centric software systems
- Drive the development of agentic AI capabilities for identifying vulnerabilities, automating penetration testing processes, optimizing workflows, and enhancing threat intelligence
- Own and lead the end to end development of product features — from ideation to production deployment and ongoing monitoring
- Actively contribute to the design and implementation of AI enabled systems while promoting effective SDLC practices
- Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and design sessions, sharing your expertise to elevate the team’s technical capabilities
- Provide mentorship and support to junior engineers, fostering professional growth and development
- Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into broader systems and applications
