- Highly knowledgeable with Google and Facebook platforms
- Ability to structure complex projects and plans with multiple stakeholders
- Effective communication skills at all organizational levels
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills
Responsibilities
- Track project requirements utilizing project management tools
- Lead the planning of communications and project roadmaps across internal and external stakeholders
- Plan and triage communications for effective response
- Influence creative operations including approvals, pre-production, and asset organization
- Influence media operations including campaign naming, audience organization, and campaign launches
- Influence reporting operations and delivery of new reports
- Prepare and maintain recurring client presentations
- Influence client onboarding tasks
- Manage file organization and create documentation
- Host and lead weekly scrum meetings
