Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year university.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Program Management, or related fields.
- Prior experience in a sales or account management role.
- Proven ability to coach sales leadership as change agents.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to explain technical product features through the lens of customer impact.
Responsibilities
- Develop tailored programs to close performance gaps within the Renewals organization.
- Create and implement learning programs that support company-wide shifts.
- Develop and deliver training materials, messaging, and playbooks.
- Represent the unique learning needs of the Renewals team across the business.
- Work with the Renewals Strategy team to turn at-risk insights into intervention playbooks.
