Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret-level security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- 3+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform
- Proven experience working in the federal contracting space (DoD, DHS, or Civilian agencies)
- Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and at least one other major workflow
- Proficiency in Jira, ServiceNow Agile, or Azure DevOps
- Proficiency in Visio, LucidChart, or similar process mapping tools
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Responsibilities
- Lead client workshops to elicit and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Conduct gap analysis for ServiceNow OOTB functionality.
- Design and distribute Agile processes and SOPs.
- Review user stories for accuracy and readiness for sprint planning.
- Mentor junior developers and analysts.
- Conduct peer reviews of functional designs and test scripts.
- Advise stakeholders on ServiceNow best practices.
- Ensure compliance with federal IT standards like Section 508 and FISMA/NIST.
- Develop and execute UAT plans.
