Requirements
- 12+ years of software engineering experience.
- 6+ years in a technical leadership role (player-coach preferred).
- Proven track record of building and shipping production systems.
- Experience applying LLMs or agentic workflows in production.
- Deep expertise in AWS and modern cloud architecture.
- Strong full-stack experience (React/Angular + Node.js/TypeScript).
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Experience with EMR/EHR integrations (e.g., Epic, Athena, eClinicalWorks).
- Familiarity with HIPAA, SOC 2, or HITRUST environments.
- Background in startup or high-growth environments.
Responsibilities
- Architect and build an API-first, scalable platform.
- Define and execute EMR integration strategy.
- Build and ship production-grade patient and provider applications.
- Apply LLMs and agentic workflows to automate data ingestion and operational processes.
- Partner with clinical and operations teams to translate workflows into software products.
- Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS and data integrations with Snowflake.
- Recruit and mentor a high-performing engineering team.
- Ensure security and compliance (HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST).
