- Deep understanding of software development and impact of product decisions on interconnected workflows.
- Ability to distill complex qualitative and quantitative data into strategic insights.
- Experience using user insights and market context to influence prioritization.
- Ability to identify critical trade-offs, risks, and dependencies.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale initiatives with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills balancing short-term execution with long-term strategy.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to facilitate difficult conversations and build consensus.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle, from discovery to launch, translating market trends and user insights into a clear, multi-year roadmap.
- Define success metrics and synthesize qualitative/quantitative data to guide leadership through complex prioritization.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Content, Assessment, Operations, and partner-facing teams to drive seamless execution.
- Communicate a compelling product vision to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Identify opportunities to simplify or sunset lower-value workflows and investments.
- Establish and scale robust systems for product discovery, roadmap management, and stakeholder communication.
- Identify and resolve process gaps and operational friction points.
- Coach colleagues on product development best practices.
