- Exposure to established social media management tools & technologies.
- Experienced with listening and monitoring platforms (e.g. Hootsuite).
- Knowledge of social media KPIs and best practices (e.g. X, TikTok).
- Knowledge and interest in the cryptocurrency space & its community.
- Well organized, ability to work well with internal stakeholders, and deliver on time.
- Ability to find the right tone of voice for different audiences within the community.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Experienced in social media content writing.
- Self-Motivated, Enthusiasm.
- Detail-oriented.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage large social media campaigns to fuel the growth of existing social media channels.
- Create new ideas and concepts for fresh social media content.
- Engage in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media platforms.
- Coordinate social media management to align with large projects, events, and community management.
- Collaborate with the design team to create multimedia visual briefs.
- Analyze and report the success of social media projects using monitoring tools.
- Coordinate ad campaigns with social media strategy.
- Monitor social listening and act as a point of contact in social communities.
