Requirements
- 7+ years in product management, or 10+ years in technology with at least 4 years in product management roles.
- 2–3+ years of direct experience managing product managers or cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of owning and driving roadmaps across multiple product areas.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with international or English-speaking leadership teams.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or data-intensive platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal English.
- Coaching orientation to develop team product thinking.
- Ability to distinguish strategic work from routine maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Own product roadmap across a portfolio of core platform experience areas.
- Lead, develop, and coach a team of product managers.
- Translate portfolio-level strategic priorities into execution plans.
- Serve as primary product voice in cross-functional conversations.
- Drive adoption of generative AI tools across the PM team.
- Champion AI-assisted prototyping and concept exploration.
- Partner with product leadership to represent trade-offs and priorities.
- Evaluate and grow PM performance and contribute to hiring.
