Requirements
- Startup/early-stage product experience
- Strong problem decomposition skills
- AI fluency and control (prompt engineering, model guidance)
- Verification discipline (testing, diff review, hallucination checking)
- Architectural judgment regarding scale and trade-offs
- Proficiency in React and Next.js
- Proficiency in TypeScript
- Proficiency in Node.js
Responsibilities
- Build and ship fullstack features across multiple AI-first products
- Work directly with PMs and designers to take rough ideas to shipped product quickly
- Integrate and serve audio ML models in production
- Develop agents and AI-powered workflows
- Use agentic coding tools as a core part of daily development
- Own features end to end, from prototype to production and monitoring
- Uphold code quality and architectural standards
