  • Understanding of or exposure to accounting, assurance, and tax principles
  • Experience with ticketing systems
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • AI-first mindset with curiosity for emerging tools

Responsibilities

  • Understand accounting software applications and troubleshoot issues reported by end-users
  • Work in an inbound call queue managing high volumes of calls and emails
  • Provide guidance on software installation and features
  • Analyze client workflows to apply Caseware products
  • Maintain and update records of procedures
  • Track issues using internal ticket system
  • Perform minor software testing and provide feedback
