Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in customer support within a B2B accounting/financial industry
- Understanding of or exposure to accounting, assurance, and tax principles
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- AI-first mindset with curiosity for emerging tools
Responsibilities
- Understand accounting software applications and troubleshoot issues reported by end-users
- Work in an inbound call queue managing high volumes of calls and emails
- Provide guidance on software installation and features
- Analyze client workflows to apply Caseware products
- Maintain and update records of procedures
- Track issues using internal ticket system
- Perform minor software testing and provide feedback
