Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on paid social experience within an agency or DTC e-commerce environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Solid understanding of campaign structure, audience strategy, and creative testing frameworks.
- Experience analysing data across Triple Whale, Shopify, GA4, and platform reporting tools.
- Strong commercial awareness of metrics including ROAS, CAC, and MER.
- Ability to communicate performance insights clearly to clients and stakeholders.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day management and optimisation of paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok.
- Monitor account performance daily to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Execute full-funnel campaign strategies for prospecting, retargeting, and retention.
- Analyse performance data to translate metrics into actionable insights.
- Collaborate with Creative Strategists on performance-driven feedback for ad assets.
- Support client calls, performance reviews, and planning discussions.
- Contribute to internal workflows, reporting processes, and operational systems.
