Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare technology, data operations, or a related field.
- Experience with data integrations, file processing (flat files, EDI), ETL/ELT processes, and data validation.
- Intermediate proficiency in SQL Server scripting (querying, troubleshooting, data validation).
- Experience with process automation utilizing Python, PowerShell, etc.
- Experience with operational management tools like JAMS, GoAnywhere, etc.
- Experience with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
- Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira and HaloITSM.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily system performance across 340B platforms and supporting applications.
- Identify, triage, and resolve system issues, outages, and performance degradation.
- Oversee inbound and outbound client and vendor partner data feeds.
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, failures, and anomalies.
- Execute and manage system configuration requests and deployment.
- Serve as the primary technical operations contact for the 340B Account Management team.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and operational playbooks.
- Generate operational reports and dashboards related to system performance.
