Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in a senior or lead Product Manager role
- Proven experience building and scaling B2B or B2C products in production environments
- Strong hands-on experience with AI/ML products, including understanding of model lifecycles, evaluation pipelines, and deployment considerations
- Deep familiarity with Generative AI concepts such as LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and AI evaluation methodologies
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product tools such as Jira, Productboard, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical skills with experience using product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders
- Experience leading product launches and go-to-market coordination
Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a Generative AI IVR testing platform
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle activities including discovery, prioritization, development, launch, and post-release optimization
- Gather and translate customer, market, and stakeholder insights into clear product requirements, user stories, and success metrics
- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to define evaluation frameworks, model performance benchmarks, and testing methodologies
- Work closely with engineering, design, QA, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful delivery and go-to-market execution
- Drive product analytics and performance tracking using KPIs, dashboards, and customer feedback
- Own product documentation, compliance alignment, and launch readiness across global stakeholders
