Requirements
- 8+ years of product design experience, with end-to-end ownership of complex design projects.
- Experience designing enterprise SaaS or B2B products, ideally in technical or engineering-focused domains.
- Strong proficiency in Figma and modern product design workflows.
- Experience building and scaling design systems, including documentation and component governance.
- Ability to simplify highly complex workflows and translate them into intuitive user experiences.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and align cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and defining structure where little exists.
- Understanding of technical systems and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- Experience incorporating modern AI-assisted design tools and workflows is a plus.
- Strong balance of craft excellence and practical decision-making, with a focus on real-world impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of end-to-end product experiences, from early concept development through high-fidelity execution and implementation.
- Translate complex technical and engineering workflows into clear, intuitive, and user-centered interfaces.
- Partner closely with product managers and engineers to define requirements, shape product direction, and ensure feasible, impactful design solutions.
- Establish and evolve design systems, including reusable components, patterns, and guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
- Lead UX projects independently while contributing to broader product strategy and roadmap discussions.
- Mentor and support junior designers, providing feedback, coaching, and design leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless handoff and successful implementation of design solutions.
- Advocate for user needs by conducting research, gathering feedback, and continuously improving product usability.
- Contribute to improving design processes, tools, and collaboration practices across teams.
