Requirements

  • 10+ years of UX design experience, including significant work on complex B2B, SaaS, or data-intensive platforms.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive and elegant user experiences.
  • Experience working with security, analytics, dashboards, or workflow-heavy enterprise tools is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to mentor and coach designers, providing structured feedback and elevating overall design quality.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools, with the ability to rapidly iterate and test concepts.
  • Strong systems thinking and information architecture skills, with experience designing scalable design systems.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience using AI tools in the design workflow for ideation, prototyping, or research synthesis is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage complex trade-offs, and design for multiple user personas.

Responsibilities

  • Own and define the UX strategy across a complex SaaS platform serving thousands of enterprise organizations and multiple user personas.
  • Translate highly complex, data-heavy workflows into intuitive, efficient, and user-centered interfaces.
  • Design end-to-end user journeys, defining interaction models, workflows, and information architecture across multi-step processes.
  • Coach and elevate other designers through critique sessions, design reviews, and shared UX frameworks.
  • Contribute to and evolve a scalable design system, ensuring consistency across components, patterns, and user experiences.
  • Conduct usability testing, user interviews, and internal validation sessions to inform and refine design decisions.
  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to reduce friction, simplify workflows, and improve time-to-insight.
  • Ensure UX principles are embedded throughout product development, influencing technical and product decisions.
