Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience applying User Experience design methods and techniques.
- Experience in an agile software organisation.
- Exceptional communication skills, including facilitation, presentation, and visual/written skills.
- Strong verbal command of English.
- Strategic thinker.
- Knowledge of service design methods and tools.
- Expertise in creating or managing a design system.
- Capability to convey design concepts through documentation.
- Skilled in UX design, research, and prototype tools, particularly Figma.
Responsibilities
- Gain insight into our users' demands through qualitative and quantitative user research, user behaviour data analysis, interviews, empathic thinking, experimentation, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Collaborate directly with the CPO to build a solid product culture, vision, and way of thinking throughout the company.
- Establish and promote a vision and strategy for our Design Team.
- Oversee the design team, hold team meetings, and establish effective workflows.
- Integrate a balanced approach to accomplishing a product's user goals and business goals.
- Oversee the design process for new and existing products and features.
- Collaborate and communicate across cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and marketing.
- Facilitate exploratory design thinking workshops with internal and external stakeholders.
