- Proven success designing and scaling growth-focused experiences (onboarding, activation, retention, conversion, churn reduction)
- Experience leading and developing design teams in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
- Strong product thinking with the ability to balance user needs and business outcomes
- Demonstrated impact on key metrics such as activation, retention, and revenue growth
- Experience working with experimentation frameworks, data-informed design, and iterative optimization
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms, B2B2C ecosystems, or complex workflow products
Responsibilities
- Defining and leading the design vision across onboarding, activation, monetization, retention, and cancellation experiences
- Managing, mentoring, and scaling a team of product designers focused on growth and lifecycle journeys
- Partnering with Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to align design strategy with business objectives and success metrics
- Driving experimentation and optimization through A/B testing, user research, and behavioral data insights
- Translating business goals into scalable, intuitive, and high-performing user experiences
- Establishing strong design processes, standards, and quality bar across growth-related product surfaces
- Representing design at the leadership level and influencing broader product strategy and roadmap decisions
