Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in UX, product design, or human-centered design.
- Proven experience leading or mentoring designers.
- Demonstrated success building or scaling a UX function, design systems, or design operations in SaaS.
- Strong portfolio showcasing systems thinking and platform-level UX work.
- Deep expertise in interaction design, information architecture, usability testing, accessibility, and user research.
- Hands-on proficiency in Figma.
- Working knowledge of product tools such as Jira, Confluence, and analytics platforms.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate design workflows.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the multi-year UX strategy across all products.
- Build and govern a scalable design system, including components, patterns, tokens, and accessibility standards.
- Embed UX into the product development lifecycle by defining how discovery, research, prototyping, validation, and delivery integrate with agile workflows.
- Lead and develop the UX function, managing and mentoring designers and shaping future hiring plans.
- Establish scalable user research practices, including usability testing and journey mapping.
- Define UX success metrics and partner with Product on adoption and retention.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
