Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or equivalent experience

3+ years of leadership experience within telehealth, virtual care, or digital health environments
Demonstrated success building, scaling, and optimizing telehealth operations
Proven ability to create operational infrastructure and standard operating procedures from the ground up
Strong knowledge of telehealth regulations, healthcare compliance, credentialing, and payer models
Experience managing cross-functional teams in high-growth environments
Advanced analytical and financial management skills
Strong understanding of telehealth platforms, EHR systems, and CRM tools
Excellent project management and change management capabilities

Lead and optimize all operational functions across the telehealth organization
Design and implement operational infrastructure, policies, and procedures
Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and operational reporting frameworks
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements
Partner with executive leadership to execute growth strategies and market expansion
Build scalable operational frameworks for patient volume and provider capacity
Oversee daily operations, provider onboarding, credentialing, and scheduling
Evaluate and optimize telehealth technologies, EHR platforms, and CRM systems
Manage operational budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, HIPAA, and payer guidelines
