Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of healthcare operations leadership experience
  • 3+ years of leadership experience within telehealth, virtual care, or digital health environments
  • Demonstrated success building, scaling, and optimizing telehealth operations
  • Proven ability to create operational infrastructure and standard operating procedures from the ground up
  • Strong knowledge of telehealth regulations, healthcare compliance, credentialing, and payer models
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams in high-growth environments
  • Advanced analytical and financial management skills
  • Strong understanding of telehealth platforms, EHR systems, and CRM tools
  • Excellent project management and change management capabilities

Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize all operational functions across the telehealth organization
  • Design and implement operational infrastructure, policies, and procedures
  • Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and operational reporting frameworks
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements
  • Partner with executive leadership to execute growth strategies and market expansion
  • Build scalable operational frameworks for patient volume and provider capacity
  • Oversee daily operations, provider onboarding, credentialing, and scheduling
  • Evaluate and optimize telehealth technologies, EHR platforms, and CRM systems
  • Manage operational budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, HIPAA, and payer guidelines
