Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Pharmacy, Health Sciences, International Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Extensive experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, clinical research, healthcare, consulting, or clinical supply chain industries.
- Strong expertise in laboratory logistics, clinical supply chain management, or biopharmaceutical logistics operations.
- Proven experience leading complex projects and managing cross-functional or multinational teams.
- Solid understanding of clinical trial operations and end-to-end supply chain processes.
- Strong financial management capabilities, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, profitability analysis, and contract management.
- Knowledge of GxP regulatory frameworks, including ICH-GCP, GMP, GCLP, and GDP standards.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and consultative problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop innovative solutions for complex operational and logistics challenges.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global, and highly collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead global supply and logistics projects from planning through execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, quality standards, and contractual commitments are consistently met.
- Develop and implement clinical supply chain, sourcing, manufacturing, distribution, and laboratory logistics strategies that align with project objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Manage project scope, resources, forecasts, and stakeholder communications to ensure effective delivery and operational efficiency.
- Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue tracking, profitability management, and change control processes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing strategic guidance, resolving challenges, and fostering strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to optimize supply chain performance and support study execution.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, risk management activities, CAPA implementation, and operational excellence programs.
- Support audits, inspections, compliance activities, and quality assurance processes to maintain adherence to industry regulations and best practices.
- Contribute to business development activities, client presentations, and strategic project planning when required.
