Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in implementation management, program management, or professional services within B2B SaaS.
- At least 3 years working with enterprise customers ($100K+ ACV).
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder implementations across business units, departments, and technical teams.
- Strong expertise in program and project management fundamentals, including dependency tracking, risk mitigation, and structured governance frameworks.
- Excellent executive communication skills with the ability to lead status meetings and translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
- Experience working in cross-functional “pod” environments alongside Customer Success, Technical, Product, and Support teams.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving processes and minimal structure.
- Experience in SaaS implementation environments, ideally including enterprise onboarding or professional services delivery.
- Familiarity with tools such as CRM and CS platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Intercom, ChurnZero) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end enterprise implementation lifecycle, serving as the central program lead from contract signature through first value realization and structured handoff to Customer Success.
- Build and manage master implementation plans, including timelines, dependencies, RACI structures, milestone tracking, and multi-workstream coordination across internal and external teams.
- Lead all implementation cadences including kick-offs, weekly status reviews, executive updates, and cross-functional alignment meetings.
- Coordinate across internal stakeholders (CSM, TAM, Support, Product, Engineering) and customer-side teams to ensure alignment and execution.
- Identify, document, and mitigate implementation risks through proactive risk management frameworks and escalation processes.
- Participate in select strategic pre-sales engagements to assess implementation complexity and shape delivery plans.
- Drive early adoption success and structured handoff to Customer Success.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of enterprise implementation playbooks, frameworks, and best practices.
