Requirements

- Strong understanding of social media strategy, content planning, and performance analytics.
- Experience using CRM systems such as Follow Up Boss or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with AI tools for automation, content creation, or workflow optimization.
- Strong copywriting skills and basic design abilities for social media and campaign assets.
- Experience with platforms such as Meta Business Suite, Google Business, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Studio.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
- Creative and analytical thinking with a focus on measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Business.
- Maintain consistent publishing calendars and monitor social media performance to ensure strong digital presence.
- Develop and edit visual and written content for listings, campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Manage and update CRM data (e.g., Follow Up Boss) to ensure accurate lead tracking and pipeline organization.
- Support email marketing and digital advertising campaigns, including design, scheduling, and performance tracking.
- Implement automation and workflow improvements using AI-based tools such as n8n and Make.
- Track marketing metrics, analyze performance, and deliver regular insights and reports.
- Collaborate with leadership to align marketing initiatives with brand voice, strategy, and business goals.
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement, lead generation, and marketing efficiency.
