Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in marketing leadership roles, especially managing Growth, Social Media, and Performance teams.
  • Strong background in building and managing marketing funnels, including always-on and conversion-focused campaigns.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic marketing decisions.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and performance analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum or similar) applied to marketing project management.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in marketing project management and workflow organization.
  • Intermediate or advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the marketing organization, including Social Media, Growth, Content teams, and external partners.
  • Design and execute integrated marketing strategies focused on acquisition, conversion, retention, and overall business growth.
  • Build and optimize marketing funnels, including always-on campaigns and structured customer journeys.
  • Develop and implement automation flows and CRM-based strategies to improve engagement and lifecycle marketing performance.
  • Analyze marketing metrics and performance indicators, translating insights into actionable growth strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Content teams to ensure strategic alignment and business impact.
  • Manage brand positioning and ensure consistency across campaigns, communications, and growth initiatives.
  • Oversee partnerships with external agencies, including press relations and marketing vendors.
  • Lead planning and execution of performance-driven campaigns, ensuring scalability and measurable results.
