Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed in Business, Marketing, Administration, or related fields
  • Valid driver’s license (Category B) and willingness to travel frequently
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B or institutional sales
  • Experience in external sales and field-based commercial roles
  • Strong understanding of distributor-based sales models and indirect channel management
  • Advanced Excel and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to support sales planning and execution
  • Ability to manage both commercial and administrative responsibilities effectively
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base across direct and indirect sales channels
  • Manage and grow relationships with distributors through structured business plans (JBP), training, and field support activities
  • Prospect and acquire new end customers through field visits, product demonstrations, and consumption tests
  • Analyze sales data and distributor performance to identify growth opportunities and ensure execution of strategic plans
  • Support distributors in commercial planning, ensuring alignment with regional sales objectives and brand strategies
  • Maintain an active field presence to engage customers in line with brand values and sales methodology
  • Drive demand generation and support achievement of annual sales targets across the assigned territory
  • Balance commercial activities with administrative responsibilities, including reporting, planning, and sales tracking
  • Represent the brand in the field, ensuring strong customer experience and professional relationship management
