Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed in Business, Marketing, Administration, or related fields
- Valid driver’s license (Category B) and willingness to travel frequently
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B or institutional sales
- Experience in external sales and field-based commercial roles
- Strong understanding of distributor-based sales models and indirect channel management
- Advanced Excel and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to support sales planning and execution
- Ability to manage both commercial and administrative responsibilities effectively
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base across direct and indirect sales channels
- Manage and grow relationships with distributors through structured business plans (JBP), training, and field support activities
- Prospect and acquire new end customers through field visits, product demonstrations, and consumption tests
- Analyze sales data and distributor performance to identify growth opportunities and ensure execution of strategic plans
- Support distributors in commercial planning, ensuring alignment with regional sales objectives and brand strategies
- Maintain an active field presence to engage customers in line with brand values and sales methodology
- Drive demand generation and support achievement of annual sales targets across the assigned territory
- Balance commercial activities with administrative responsibilities, including reporting, planning, and sales tracking
- Represent the brand in the field, ensuring strong customer experience and professional relationship management
