Requirements

  • Experience executing campaigns across email, push, or SMS
  • Familiarity with customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing principles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience using A/B testing, attribution, and engagement metrics
  • Experience with AI tools or automation workflows
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholder groups
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute CRM campaigns across email, push, SMS, and lifecycle channels
  • Manage end-to-end campaign operations including audience segmentation, setup, QA, deployment, and reporting
  • Develop data-driven audience targeting strategies
  • Partner cross-functionally to translate goals into execution plans
  • Optimize performance through A/B testing and personalization
  • Leverage AI-driven tools to improve segmentation and workflow efficiency
  • Analyze metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Manage customer data integrations and campaign dependencies
