Requirements

- Experience executing campaigns across email, push, or SMS
- Familiarity with customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience using A/B testing, attribution, and engagement metrics
- Experience with AI tools or automation workflows
- High attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholder groups
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Build and execute CRM campaigns across email, push, SMS, and lifecycle channels
- Manage end-to-end campaign operations including audience segmentation, setup, QA, deployment, and reporting
- Develop data-driven audience targeting strategies
- Partner cross-functionally to translate goals into execution plans
- Optimize performance through A/B testing and personalization
- Leverage AI-driven tools to improve segmentation and workflow efficiency
- Analyze metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
- Manage customer data integrations and campaign dependencies
