- Deep foundation in property-level financial data structures
- Demonstrated experience managing and developing teams in high-volume data operations
- Proven ability to serve as a senior client-facing representative
- Hands-on experience interfacing with property managers, asset managers, and fund administrators
- Familiarity with data submission platforms, ticketing systems, and SLA-driven delivery
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort with technology-forward approaches including automation and AI
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end oversight of client data submission cycles
- Lead and direct a team in submission tracking and provider outreach
- Establish and oversee internal review processes for data exceptions
- Drive resolution of real estate financial data quality issues
- Serve as the final internal decision-maker on escalations
- Oversee source-specific data mapping and intake
- Manage assignment and governance of standardized reporting templates
- Maintain and evolve business rule validation logic
- Serve as the senior escalation point for third-party providers
- Maintain Information Provider Standard Operating Procedures and performance reporting
