Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Health Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in clinical research finance.
- Experience with Clinical Trial Management Systems (e.g., Clinical Conductor, OnCore, RealTime CTMS).
- Experience in sponsor invoicing and accounts receivable.
- Experience in post-award grant or contract management.
- Knowledge of FDA, OHRP, and ICH-GCP regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain budgets in the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS).
- Review and track patient visit activity and study milestones for accurate invoicing.
- Reconcile clinical trial revenue and expenses.
- Support negotiation and review of clinical trial budgets.
- Generate and submit sponsor invoices per clinical trial agreements.
- Track sponsor payments and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Prepare monthly or quarterly financial reports.
- Maintain financial records to support internal and external audits.
- Provide guidance to research staff on CTMS data entry.
