Responsibilities
- Handle customer requests via email, phone, and social media
- Ensure high-quality customer relationship follow-up in line with KPIs
- Contribute to the optimization of tools and processes
- Proactively report friction points and bugs encountered by customers to internal teams
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the service by suggesting improvements
