Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional project management experience.
- Proven experience with software implementation (ERP, CRM, SaaS, Financial Systems, BI).
- Experience managing international projects and remote teams.
- Expertise in Project Governance (RAID, Steering Committees, Escalation).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Index/Match).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project (Scheduling, Baseline, Forecasting).
- Experience managing executive sponsors and technical/development teams.
- Ability to work Indian Standard Time (IST) hours.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage full project lifecycle for software implementations.
- Perform stakeholder engagement and management.
- Manage project governance and RAID logs.
- Control project schedules and delivery accountability.
- Report on project status and health to stakeholders.
- Manage change requests and impact assessments.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors.
- Lead project review meetings and steering committees.
