Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 5+ years of software engineering experience building, scaling, and maintaining large distributed systems.
- Health-tech domain experience (HIPAA compliance) preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Golang or a similar modern backend language.
- Hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience with relational or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB).
- Deep knowledge of workflow engines or enterprise client configuration systems.
- Familiarity with testing pyramids and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with AI-first development tools.
Responsibilities
- Accelerate Client Onboarding by building a repeatable technical playbook for launching new clients.
- Design complex rule-based workflows to support pharmacy operations and compliance.
- Drive AI Automation to increase the quality and velocity of platform releases.
- Architect and scale reliable, low-latency APIs and microservices using AWS native tools.
- Own system reliability through clean, observable code with robust logging and monitoring.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Data Analysts to align technical solutions with growth objectives.
- Act as a technical mentor to junior engineers.
- Document platform architecture and serve as the engineering escalation point for client launch issues.
