Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a full stack developer
- Proven ability to ship production-grade web applications
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript (React, Node.js)
- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and serverless environments
- Experience with cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Strong knowledge of AI tooling landscape and AI-powered product integrations
- Experience with Git, branching strategies, and open-source forks
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Develop new features, fix bugs, and maintain stability of the AI Workforce Pro platform
- Integrate updates from the upstream open-source fork safely
- Complete cleanup and stabilization of the AI XDR product for launch
- Build and maintain internal tools and automations
- Write clean, well-documented, maintainable code and conduct peer reviews
- Maintain CI/CD pipeline and build preproduction environments
- Work with the Director of Technology Operations on sprint planning
