Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent significant industry experience.
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience in full-stack enterprise web development.
- Proven experience architecting and delivering large-scale SaaS platforms.
- 5+ years of experience in the healthcare domain.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS, microservices, and serverless architectures.
- Hands-on experience with Angular, ASP.NET, and Node.js.
- Proficiency in C#/.NET and Python.
- Solid understanding of PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and NoSQL systems.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of application security (HIPAA, OWASP) and accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA).
Responsibilities
- Contribute as a senior individual contributor to the development and maintenance of critical enterprise web platform components.
- Lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and evolution of enterprise-scale web systems.
- Define and drive technical priorities, standards, and expectations.
- Own system-wide quality attributes, including performance, reliability, security, and accessibility.
- Introduce and govern new technologies, patterns, and practices.
- Act as a primary technical advisor to stakeholders.
- Identify technical and operational risks and define mitigation strategies.
- Partner with product and design teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Serve as a senior technical authority and mentor engineers.
