Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or Business Analyst role.
- Strong proficiency writing complex, performant SQL queries.
- Experience with joins, aggregations, window functions, and large datasets.
- Proven ability to translate raw data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Ability to investigate ambiguous problems and identify root causes.
- Interest in logistics, e-commerce, marketplaces, or supply chain operations.
- Experience in fast-paced start-up or scale-up (highly desirable).
- Experience with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake or BigQuery (highly desirable).
- Exposure to dbt or data modeling tools (highly desirable).
- Experience building dashboards in Looker, Tableau, or Power BI (highly desirable).
Responsibilities
- Analyze fulfilment workflows to identify bottlenecks across the supply chain.
- Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards tracking key fulfillment KPIs.
- Write and own complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze datasets.
- Generate clear, actionable insights and recommendations to drive decision-making.
- Partner with Operations, Logistics, Product, and Data teams.
- Work with Data Engineers to ensure data is clean, well-structured, and scalable.
- Monitor data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
- Track key fulfilment KPIs and investigate root causes of performance issues.
- Use AI tools to accelerate analysis and automate tasks.
