- Experience in delivering beautiful, innovative consumer-facing experiences.
- Experience with mobile web is a bonus.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Experience working with product and engineering partners.
- Experience working with user researchers to test concepts.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects.
- Ability to work on complex customer problems and early-stage product development.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the patient matching team to deliver remarkable patient experiences for finding the right therapist.
- Set the experience north star for patient matching.
- Use interaction design, prototyping, and visual design skills to evolve product vision and build design solutions.
- Contribute and evolve Headway design system (Helix) as the team scales provider experiences.
- Contribute to team culture, process, and foundation.
- Help grow a world-class startup design team.
