- 4+ years’ market access agency experience
- Proven track record of creative ability and judgment
- Experience in successful client contact
- Ability to work collaboratively with account management
- Excellent presentation skills
- Experience managing creative teams and multiple accounts
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience in web-based, modular mobile design strategies and software (Figma, Sketch)
Responsibilities
- Develop and review creative briefs
- Produce standout and strategically focused creative execution
- Write, reference and annotate copy for medical/legal review
- Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Participate in client meetings and lead concept presentations
- Collaborate with account and project management on deadlines and budgets
- Train creative staff on agency and client standards
- Develop client relationships and understand marketing challenges
