Requirements
- 3–5 years in a customer-facing technical role or hands-on software engineering.
- Software development experience in high-scale startup or enterprise environments.
- Ability to write, ship, and operate production code.
- Production experience with LLMs including prompt engineering and agent design.
- Power user of Claude Code or equivalent AI coding assistants.
- Familiarity with enterprise development toolchains, CI/CD, and modern SDLC.
- Cloud-native deployment experience on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong communication skills for all organizational levels.
- High agency and comfort with ambiguity.
Responsibilities
- Lead Claude Code Labs and customer workshops.
- Take customer teams from beginner to power user across Claude Code and the developer platform.
- Codify deployment patterns and feed them back to product teams.
- Lead discovery into customer environments to create technical plans.
- Advise on AI-native development changes to engineering practices.
- Guide adoption programs scaling Claude across organizations.
- Scope engagements including risks, milestones, and dependencies.
- Embed with customer teams to co-build agentic applications.
- Build technical artifacts like evaluation frameworks and MCP servers.
