- Minimum of 2–3 years of verifiable, hands-on medical scribing experience in a live clinical environment.
- Absolute proficiency in eClinicalWorks (eCW).
- Exceptional written and verbal English skills.
- Flawless grasp of complex medical terminology.
- Highly reliable and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-accuracy, real-time, and asynchronous medical scribing for specialized Rheumatology, Internal Medicine, and Telemedicine encounters.
- Capture and document History of Present Illness (HPI), Review of Systems (ROS), Physical Examinations, Assessments, and detailed Treatment Plans (A&P).
- Independently navigate eCW to manage, update, and organize patient charts during live clinical workflows.
- Build, utilize, and modify eCW templates and shortcut commands.
- Perform meticulous pre-visit chart preparation.
- Input and manage medical orders, laboratory requests, imaging requisitions, and specialist referrals in eCW.
- Track outstanding routine documentation tasks to ensure complete charts.
- Maintain HIPAA guidelines, data privacy standards, and patient confidentiality.
